Goal: the application should fetch orders from user Amazon account and should be able to send automated feedback request messages per schedule.
When are messages sent?
The user should be able to define which messages are sent on what schedule. Example- when order is placed, a message is sent. When order is shipped or delivered a message is sent. A message is sent after so many days after delivery et
What is purpose and why does user need this service:?
The user wants to send messages to request two things- a user feedback and product review
What messages are sent?
User can create a multiple template message and assign schedule rules which are later sent per schedule. User should be able to customize the message with name etc like ((product name)) ((buyer name)) etc to customize his messages.
Other features
The user should be able use some rules which can help him to control or exclude particular orders. Like send only messages to following sku or Asin OR send messages to all orders except following sku or Asin, or send messages to orders which are below $ or above $, or send message to user only if a discount promo code was used.
New user sign up!
When a new user signs up, he should be able to fetch orders back in history and be able to send messages. The user chooses a subscription plan. The user account is connected to his Amazon account API via mws
Basic subscription requirements
Account profile, billing, account on hold etc features, promo code etc.
Statistics!
This are not so important but a graphical statistics would be helpful. Examples are- which message template received a feedback?
Or which message template got a product review? Any statistics is helpful.
