I am looking for a web developer who can quickly build lead generation websites for us using WordPress + Elementor. I will provide you an example template I like, the domain, and the links to the top website(s) of a particular niche. Which will give you an idea of how many pages are needed. Most are local websites, and 5 pages is around the average.
You will be responsible to build a complete website, complete with the stock images and logo, from there so that all I need to do it plug in the content once you are done, and we can move to the next stage of SEO optimization.
You can make a similar looking website to the example theme with minor variations. I am not looking for a creative from scratch solution here as we are not reinventing the wheel. We are basically taking looking to build out lead gen websites to beat our local competition in particular niches. Nothing more. We simply need professional looking websites that we can SEO to the max. and beat them in the rankings.
The ability to deliver quickly is the name of the game here, as we are looking at 2-3 websites every week or two. How quickly we can keep rolling them out will really is all depending on how fast the SEO team can keep up on the optimization end.
