Calendarista & Booking Automation Expert for Transfer & Tour Management (WordPress Plugin Experience Required)

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented calendarista and book everything expert to help us streamline and automate the processes involved in managing transfer and tour bookings for our tour company. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of calendar and booking management systems, as well as experience in setting up automation tools to optimize efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
Analyzing our current booking and scheduling processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Recommending and implementing calendar management and automation tools that best suit our business needs using both calenderista and book everything.
Setting up and configuring the chosen systems to automate
one way and two way transfers and tour bookings, including availability, pricing, and confirmations.
Integrating our new booking systems with our website, and other relevant platforms.
Monitoring the performance of the implemented solutions and making adjustments as needed to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a calendarista and book everything, ideally within the tour, travel or hospitality industry.
Example of bookings:
1 - 4 passengers book an airport transfer
1-18 passengers book an airport transfer with a return from airport on a different day / time
12 passengers book a wine tour - fixed fee
10 passengers book a transfer from one location to another and request a return trip
4 passengers request a transfer with luggage
Expertise in various calendar management and booking automation tools (e.g., Calendly, Acuity Scheduling, Checkfront, FareHarbor, etc.).
Strong understanding of booking and scheduling principles, as well as industry best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on training and support.
Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and to troubleshoot any issues that may arise. We are also happy to take other recommendations.
