change my hosting and repair stock management

Hello,
I would like to fix some issues in my website.
first: change hosting
my hosting renewal is done with my current programmer and he charges a lot per year. i would like to change the programmer who handles my yearly renewal. my hosting is from site ground.
Second: fix website emails
invoice emails to customers, purchase emails to me, newsletter emails, all of the mentioned are not able to be sent anymore and i don't know what is the problem.
Third: Stock management
When there is a load on the website the stock does'nt get deducted so there is a problem in managing my stock. also, when i put the order status to completed the quantity gets deducted twice, first when the customer places the order and second when i change order status to completed.
fourth: remove page icon from website mobile version.
when i open the website on my mobile i see a page icon next to the pages i want to select. i want to remove the page icon.
