Creating Custom script

I have a marketplace and I need to add few features and would appreciate working with anyone with a strong knowledge of working on GitHub open source (Rudy and Rail). The marketplace was developed by Sharetribe so if anyone have a knowledge as well, this can be a perfect project. I am also open to upcoming developer as everyone should be given a chance to do their best. Some of the custom script needed are:
1. Payment modeling (having subcription option)
2. Having the shipping fee pay directly to me and me having to create a parcel and email the seller the shipping form. Something similar to other marketplaces such as Poshmark, GOAT and Stockx.
3. Remove this option from appearing to the buyer (see attached). I can create a new marketplace to test these features before adding it to the my marketplace.
4. Maybe adding badges to seller and buyer profile (authenticated badge)
This will be helpful but not sure if possible (coupons).
