Necesitamos una aplicación/ herramienta que permita insertar actividades, preguntas, comentarios o información dentro de un video mp4 para que el usuario pueda interactuar con el contenido, descargar documentos o leer información. Debe ser capaz de publicar el video con esa información.

Esta información se tomaría de un repositorio y los comentarios que se hicieran dentro del video deben poder ser manipulados mediante un Learning Management System, para poder determinar cuál estudiante hizo cada comentario.
