Fix a responsive problem whti Avada wordpress theme

Hi
I am in need of somebody very experienced whit Avada theme to fix the responsive problem in my client web site
on this site:

the black section whit the video and the section under it whit the red baner on the left side are broken and are not responsive in a very small devices- like smartphone
the rest of the sections and parts of the site works perfect
The changes could be done in the CSS custom section in the theme option in Avada or in the child theme CSS file
I need this done today
i think will not take to much time for any developer very experienced whit AVADA
Maybe 2 or 3 hours max
i have all the details fro admin access and after i select a freelancer i will need to start immediately and to finish fast
