I need to create a user friendly form that has to be in Wordpress and able for me to edit/add to it later. I mainly need the frame built.
This is for a moving company. The idea is for a customer to 1) select from a list the rooms they have to move then move to a new page. 2) on the next page only show the rooms they selected and the rooms should be in an accordion format or something similar so the page is not too large 3) once they open the room there should be a table of items and they can click +/- to add or take items away. Each item should have a hidden value that i can add on the back end. They should also have a field where they can add a custom name for the room and a way to add items if they are not listed. Once the client finishes filling out the form all data should be emailed to me in a table. This should have the room listed, then item. It should have the quantity and multiply this times the hidden value. A sample will be provided.
