limousine company website with online booking system

I am trying to create an online booking system for a limousine website, where I can add a fleet of vehicles, prices, pictures, etc... and customers can browse/ search them, check for availability through an online calendar, and finally pay and reserve their limo.
my partner limo companies, would open an account where they will have their own subdomain url. will have their own online calendar showing their vehicles' availability and bookings. they can choose the minimum number of booking hours, prices, etc..through an administration area.
limo companies will have a page for a contract form . It will have the limousine company name on it, the agreement, and details about the customer trip ( vehicle they choose, date, time, customer name, phone, etc..)
customers would have to open an account where they can save their preferences such as address, vehicle, trips, etc...
Once the customer book a limo, it will be updated on the online calendar, a notification will be sent to the limo company requesting confirmation. then the contract form is updated with the details of the booking to be printed out.
finally, I want to add a online payment method where I can edit the commission to charge my partners and pay my affiliates.
That's basically an outline of the project, we might add some things here and there later once we get it going.
