magento quick fix - make attributes appear on categories and attachments link on products page

I need help with Magento as im stuck on 2 things;

1. attachments link to appear on product page,

I am using Web4Pro attachments addon to attach PDF's to my products. Now i have installed the addon but the product pages done show the link to the pdf. need a block on the product page to show this?

2. attributes on layered navigation on selected category pages

On my categories I want to use filters to drill down to the product. I have setup an attribute already and i want to use this attribute on the left navigation on selected categories to drill down to the products. Even though i have added the attribute and selected the option for it to appear in the layered navigation i dont have a block to display on the frontend and i need this created and working
