Date needs to default to current date but also have the ability to

pick a back date, approx 30 days.

No empty cells allowed, everything required, if no entry make it 0 (zero)

need sql tables to be importable via phpMyadmin ( I dont want to create mysql tables!)

reports exportable to Excel and Charts(csv is fine)

'Monthly' output for each report should show month title, month by month

'Yearly' should be totals for each year

'ALL' should be all months and all years (can stack pages vertically to accommodate data)

Report output should be Monthly, Yearly, and ALL

(all years and months total) per month, per year

I need the display data be to editable, so that if their is an error

in the data entry for say, January 2004-Media Mounts is 24, I can click 24

and edit the cell on the fly and update the database. I think a challenge

cell or whatever to say "are you sure this is the correct entry?" Y/N

to confirm the edit. Then the database and the display is updated.

If I can have more results in the results page the better.

Media Movement for all months or just one year or 3 month in one year. You get the idea.
