need a custom api system on bluethrust panel

hello i need a api system that shows crew members and rank you the website from grand theft auto online not sure if there exist but if it does i want it to be added on bluethrust system on a custom page there so you can add you adress and it will pop up it there for you easy to use for any

and remember if there is api i release Money when i i checked the website is working and am satified i need you to check if there is an api related to this
