New Website Pricing program two versions of same program keeps customer database and walks through pricing

We are looking to make a remake our old programs one was a desktop program and one was web based program both worked off an excel price book to calculate prices. We would like to combine the two programs into one for our customers to price rooms online and one for our salesmen to price rooms online. The salesmans version would have more details and features. This program is for our salesmen to quickly price up our rooms and populate a contract. We have an updated excel file which prices the rooms like a calculator its the same file we used in the original programs. Also we need a customer datebase and an accessories list that we maintain an update prices regularly. Also we would like to allow our customers to login in to this and put there information and price out rooms as well but with some of the features the salesmen have turned off. We would need the customers quotes and info put into a database automatically. We would also want a mobile app that could work off the website also. We already have the price book updated in excel and I currently have a price program on my website that dose this already

So this is something we have done before we are just looking for an updated version and a modern look and a portal for my salesman to log into. See the video bellow to understand how I want the salesmans version should look and operate. Also we have new logos and pictures to incorporate just not the boarders and such so some new art deign is necessary and standard web backgrounds will be needed.
