Profile Website with Location Search and Online Booking System

Hi,
We're looking for someone to build a website which has the following functionality:
- Members can create a free or premium profile on the website
- Users can search for profiles via location (postcode search with distance indicator)
- Premium profiles will have extra features to the basic profiles (ability to upload more images/videos/website links/social media links)
- Users need to be able to leave reviews on members profiles
- Members can add custom products to their profile that users can purchase - we need to manage commission on these products
- Home page needs to have sections that are sorted by 'Top rated profiles (profiles with the most 5* reviews)' - 'Featured Premium profiles'
We already have a Wordpress based website that offers most of these features (apart from the e-commerce section) that I will be happy to share with anyone who wants more information. But we would like to move to a custom platform as we're becoming quite limited in what we can do.
This would be a long term relationship if we can find the right person with plenty more work involved going forward.
