Purchase Order Feature for Oscommerce

I would like to implement a purchase order feature for Oscommerce. This feature should do the following:

1. Ability to create a new purchase order from a supplier

A staff can select a supplier from the list of existing suppliers to make a purchase order (PO). He/she then can start to add items that need to reorder to the PO. Ideally, only items that are belonged to the selected supplier can be displayed. The list supposes to show item name, item model, current stock level, qty purchase last 30 days and a checkbox to allow user to select for reorder.

The PO must contain the supplier info, payment method, list if items for reorder, total PO balances, PO status and a section for PO notes/comments

2. Ability to modify the purchase order (PO)

The staff can modify the PO with the items to reorder, quantity, payment method and status of the PO.

3. Ability to export the PO from Oscommerce to a excel spreadsheet.

The staff must has ability to export these info from a PO to a excel spreadsheet to submit to suppliers.

4. Ability to handle items when receiving.

When package arrives, the staff must able to go to the PO and update what has been received and what's has not, and what's been back-ordered.

5. Ability to automatically update the stock once the PO is set to received status.

Stock must be updated automatically after the staff set the PO to received.

Those are the main features I am looking for. The bidding candidate must has experience with Oscommerce, PHP and MySql.
