Script to convert Excel to PDF

I need to convert excel spreadsheet to PDF, however currently the charts in the script are loosing formatting like smooth edges and just not looking right.
I have a Linux system with PHP 7.0 installed and a windows machine that has Excel installed, with IIS installed have PHP, ASP, ASP.net avails to use.
Script is part of a larger web based system so will need to be able to call an excel file and output a PDF
