Setting up a Models Website

We need a basic script for models, can join and upload pictures, edit the profile, showcase. In simple words a very easy script to setup a simple website for models.

My programmer is busy but this project is urgent for me therefore i am looking for options. You have to quote me with your timeframe and cost.
