Take current content from WordPress site and build a Squarespace website. Need to add the ability to walk a visitor through a series of 10 questions that require the visitor to answer yes or no, or to enter text (like an individual's full name), with no more than two questions per successive page. Each page will have a help button that can educate the visitor in why to make a certain decision and have a video (3-5 min.) they can watch to further explain why, how, and factors to consider when making a decision. The data then collected can be used to populate a form in .pdf format and be emailed to the visitor after payment made via [login to view URL] visitor can also schedule a 15 min consult with a customer representative's on the rep's online calendar in real time. All info collected and stored in a secure environment.
