Streaming Mp3 PHP Script - Need minor revisions

In the past, I was able to stream mp3's to Windows Media Player Mobile 6 devices from this site. Currently, the script has minor errors that cause it to PLAY WMA files but NOT PLAY MP3 files (mp3 files generate an error message). Can someone please help correct the script to make it play mp3 files only? I'm sure this is minor change since I used to make it work.
I will be assisting you in this project as you work on it - I will test the script in case you do not have a Windows Media player enabled mobile phone or live outside the USA. Thank you in advance!
