We need a module for SugarCRM to use in our mortgage brokerage business. We would like a module for borrowers that is not linked to contacts. We also desire workflow programming so that SugarCRM infrastructure supports the way we do business. We have vendors and suppliers we use that we consider contacts. When we convert a lead to an opportunity we do not desire to have a lead become a contact as is currently the defualf way in SugarCRM. The only conversion we desire is from lead to client once a loan closes.
We are prepared to provide a detailed workflow diagram to clarify our requirements.
