Testimonials Module for Microweber

We need a testimonials module writing for the latest version of the open source CMS at Microweber.com. The module needs to follow the architecture of existing modules, and load a form in live edit mode to allow the entry of an unlimited number of testimonials; the data can be saved to the content database table and should comprise of a sentence (mandatory) and url (optional); configuration data to include rotation speed in seconds - see below.
The module should appear in the Live Edit top menu in the modules section and be capable of being dragged and dropped onto the page. When loaded on the website the module should display the testimonials in a random rotation at a configurable speed.
