Tracking Pixel for External Lead Form

I have a standard wordpress site that incorporates an external html lead form (hosted elsewhere). I need to have a tracking pixel created/installed to track visitors who visit the form and fill out the information.
Things I need to know.
1. previous page
2. next page
3. keyword which lead user to this page
4. pageviews [ both unique and total ]
5. no. of user clicked the buy/purchase button [ element I want to track on page ]
6. direct/search engine traffic, etc.
7. keyword
8. url path (funnel)
Ideally, I would need this to work with or clicky, but piwik is also fine. I WILL NOT use GA.
