Two Simple Excel Macros - VBA Needed

Objective & Scope:
We are looking to get two Excel Marco created where we can clean up and deduplicate a data list and then export them into a tab-delimited files, the second macro will be simply cleaning and merging worksheets together.
First Macro First Function:
Ref: Emails to [login to view URL]
We need to take an Excel CSV File and strip out the email addresses to generate one single tab delimited text file
We would like to have this workbook when it is first to open have a function to browse for the file where the user can select the file that needs to be cleaned up:
Step 1: Copy email addresses and First Name in Column “O” and Column “A” into a new worksheet
Step 2: Append the email addresses in Column “AD” and also First Name Column “P”
Step 3: Remove Rows that contain Amazon & Walmart

Step 4: Remove and purge any duplicates
Step 5: Sort the email address and First Name by A-Z
Step 6: Save out tab delimited text files with email addresses and first names in text files
Email addresses beginning with
0-C – Goes in List 1
D-F Goes in List 2
G-J Goes in List 3
K-m Goes in List 4
N-R Goes in List 5
S-Z Goes in List 6
The files can simply be saved as “List [login to view URL]” “List [login to view URL]” et al
Second Marco
We are looking to get an that will merge email addresses down into one main tab delimited text file. Ideally, we would like for a prompt on each of the files or we could have a file path location where to put the files into for a certain folder.

Basically, here we are looking to strip out all the email addresses in these five files and merge them into one master tab delimited text file named “[login to view URL]”
