Urgent troubleshoot select dropdown move on ios keyboard up

Urgently need help to fix ios problem of select list moving (sometimes right offscreen) when ios keyboard pops up at least in safari when using custom php/js/html/css web timetable page/app - Need solution to either stop ios keyboard popping up or somehow fix position of the floating dropdowns - or implement any workable solution for these select/dropdowns on ios.. You will need physical ipad and iphone to test and troubleshoot.
