Youtube database to show videos on my site

I want to be able to embed youtube videos on my site that are product specific to the products I sell. There are hundreds of Youtube videos of my products already out there, but I need a simple database that allows me to create catagories and enter the embed code from the actual youtube video. This will then populate our videos pages and users can view by catagory and see the videos that we enterred into the database. It should have thumbnails as people scroll through the different catagories and they can simply click on them to view the movie. There may be some software already out there that does this and I if you have this, I need to see a working demo.
It is rather easy to do what I need, but just need it rather quickly so that we can constantly add videos we find to the database.
