Nortel CS1000 PBX Programmer - Moves, Adds, Changes

Nortel Meridian CS1000. It is fed by 8 or 9 PRIs and services multiple different buildings which are interconnected. We need some help from a certified Nortel tech to remotely login to the PBX onsite and execute necessary changes. All admin / pw access info will be provided. You will need a POTS line to remotely connect with.
At the moment I have a ticket to swap a few extensions for the customer in which 2 users will be switching offices with 2 other users across the street. I need to basically swap their destinations in the PBX. Also need a list of #s disabled in the system. Also we are having an issues with a certain TN not being able to call a specific #.
