PLC Program for synchronizing Induction Motors

I need to have a PLC program either for mitsubishi FX 2U or Siemens S7-300 for synchronizing the speed and position of two induction motors having encoders coupled to their shafts. I want the motors to start at same time and stop at same time. Its a conveyers system having chains driven by two seperate induction motors driven by two seperate VFD
