Hello,
I am currently developing my own green powder product. A company here in sydney is looking after the receipe and in the meantime I need to do several things, as:
1) Trade Mark: I need someone who knows everything about the trade mark process. I need to trade mark the logo, brand, slogan and the shape of the bottle. In addition to this, I need to have an extra consultancy about the trade mark and make sure I am fully covered.
2) At the moment, I am developing a commercial design for the bottle. I would then need to outsource the production of the company to a company. Therefore I need someone who can actually help me finding that company and figure all the expenses out. I need someone who can help me communicate with the company and make sure that everything is done properly. In addition to this, I need to make sure the price I am paying is fair and that I am fully protected by the trademark.
3) I need to make sure I meet all the requitements when it comes to exporting my product around the world.
