Create python wrapper for a DLL

The goal of this project is to create a python code. More specifically a python wrapper for the provided Dynamic-link library. The header file with function prototypes is also provided. The programmer must write code in python so that all the functions defined in the header file can be called from python to utilize the DLL. This would obviously require taking care of variable types (may use ctypes for this). When an arguments of the functions are entered in python the wrapper must take care of the types of the argument.
