Task:
Add error handling to attached python script and redo code to make script stable in any condition.
It should be designed to run without user interaction for a long time.
If TCP connection is lost, it should try to reconnect, if unable wait and try to reconnect again (until connection is back). Echo retry to coutput.
If HTTP connection does not work (HTTP or connection error) it should be retryed and the timestamp of the original request must be added to the POST request.
