Need a python developer to connect to TD Ameritrade API and place stock options trades

Need a script that will:
- Connect with TD Ameritrade API
- Display data on user account
- Display data on selected stock
- Get data on selected stock's options chain
- Open stock options positions based on specific criteria (in this case the criteria will be the option's delta value)
- Close positions based on position value (e.g. position opened at $100, close at $50 or $200)
- Emergency shut off if account balance drops below $X
