Recruitment Resourcer

As a business, we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in Canberra, Australia.
We expect applications to come in the form of resumes only and we anticipate a timescale of 2 weeks for the entire recruitment process.
The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, specifically in drafting PD's and job ads, screening and assessing resumes, conducting screening interviews, organising face-2-face interviews and conducting reference checks to make sure we hire new employees are suitable for the role they applied for.
You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, have an eye for detail and be able to work to a timeline. Additionally, knowledge of recruitment industry best practices is desirable. We believe in open and transparent communication, and view our candidates as colleagues as soon as they enter into the recruitment process.
