Find Advertisement for my website

Hello All, I'm not very sure if this will work but still testing. I have a job and interview tips related website that has been on the internet for a year now. I wish to sell advertising on my website. I'm looking for relevant advertisement, it can be ad banner, link to the website from the website's home page or at the header/footer of the website. I'm looking for some who can help me get advertisement for my website. I shall pay only when you are able to confirm and get advertisement for me. I shall not pay for any leads as I will not have to time to follow up. If you think you can do this then do send in your bid and I shall give further details only to those bidders with concrete bids. Please do not send in bids saying I can do this, I will not even bother reading such bid. Thanks and happy bidding.
