Hello,
I am working for a digital agency looking to start a outbound campaign strategy.
I'm looking for a system (already existing or to be built) that can help to :
- analyze niches
- review companies on their marketing strategy (SEO, SEA, Website, CRM, mailing ...)
- analyze competition
- analyze the local market
- create yearly marketing plan based on the reviews
- automated dashboards for the follow up
- export a well designed proposal
I already have an idea using rudimentary tools like Google form and form publisher addons, but the data is not automaticaly fetched and refreshed.
The best would be to aggregate all data on a google sheets, and then to distribute it through our other applications like Hubspot, and Mautic (Google Slide ? Indesign) for the sales team, marketing automation and data control.
I am at the begining of the process, but if we work well together on this one, I have some others in mind and a long term relationship to help this agency to grow as its position is to be a business hacker company.
