Call and Set Appointments with Local Business Owners

Hello,
I need an experienced telemarketer to call local business owners (home services niche) and set appointments with them to discuss lead generation services.
The list of local business owners will be provided to you, and since they'll be referrals, the calls won't be completely cold.
The purpose of the call will be to get them to agree on a 'consult' or appointment to discuss lead generation. Scripts and rebuttals are already prepared and fully tested to get a high response.
I'm looking for a long-term freelancer to work with who can make calls on a weekly basis, since this will be an ongoing project.
