New Elastix Configuration

We need to move some small services (3 IVRs and small configuration) to a new voip box under a proxmox node.

We have some small clients using our system in a external hosted box, now we want to use our own box.

We need:

- Billing

- Selling to final customer

- Option so use reseller system as optional option

- IVR

- Callback

- Option to give spanish interface for customers (if possible)

And the other standard features in elastix / freepbx systems.
