Need to configure CACTI in cPanel VPS

I had cPanel VPS which I just installed CACTI for monitoring. But it seems I got difficulty in configure it since the monitoring Graph is not shown. So I'm looking for someone who has excellent knowledge in configuring CACTI Software. I need to monitor the following with CACTI:

1. Memory Usage

2. Processor Usage

3. Disk Space

4. Load Average

5. Ping Latency

6. Bandwidth Usage

I got RRDTools and SNMP-NET installed in my server already. So you just need to configure it.

Please advice your price for this fix project.
