Graphics image conversion

We have a repository of MRXS digital pathology images (Mirax). These files are large, and cannot be read by most graphics software. An exception is the 3DHistech Pannoramic viewer at <[url removed, login to view]>

You are to write a CLI program that can convert Mirax-files into TIFF files (or any other format). That way, we can plug in the program into an automated workflow that can prepare our images for digital downstream processing by any graphics software package (Photoshop, ImageJ, GIMP, ...)

A C-library to read in MRXS-data is already available at <[url removed, login to view]>. You should NOT need to re-write a library to parse MRXS-files by yourself.
