Photo Blog port to Drupal and Theming

I need my photoblog actually in pixelpost ported to Drupal.
The tasks are:
- Install Drupal with all needed modules for a photoblog and theme it.
- Import 30 pictures WITH comments to the new Drupal site.
The functionalities I need:
- Ability to resize the pictures upon upload.
- Ability to embed or include pictures from my flickr account selectively.
- Possibility to add more pages, not just in the photoblog manner for personal info, etc.
- Show a tag cloud.
- Show all pictures in a thumbnailed manner (archive).
- Show random photos block.
- Antispam for comments, can be captcha.
- Simple and appealing site logo (directions will be given to interested bidder).
- Nice, clean design for the theme.
An example of photoblog will be given to interested bidders.
