Created New Site - Need To Not Loose OLD Site Pages

The old web site - [login to view URL] is to be replaced by a new Joomla web site (Joomla 1.6).

I am close to finishing the new Joomla web site and repointing the DNS but I do not want to compromise external links, Google mapping etc with such a dramatic change of page names and page extension changes.

I need a Joomla expert and or SEO expert to ensure transfer from old site to new site is as smooth as possible and the site is not compromised in search engine listings and any backlinking web sites.

Also need Joomla specialist to SEO the new Joomla web site.

Budget is set below but I was unsure!

Maybe I am not being clear....I DO NOT NEED A JOOMLA SITE MAKING. THAT JOB HAS BEEN DONE.

The old site is in an old language and I do not want the old indexing loosing so when people click a link, search engine listing with links to the old site they eand up at a missing page. I need correct redirection ensuring that the browser is passed correctly to the new site which will be on the same domain. ALSO - I need the new Joomla 1.6 site making search engine friendly for key terms etc.
