I am looking for experienced link builders who can provide me PR4+ links in various niches. This will be a long term project. Looking for at least 50 links and then continue.

I will provide with the anchor texts and the URL's

I might choose several providers as there is lot of work so if you can provide work I will select you

* Experience in several niches not just travel or any 1 niche.

* If you currently do link building for catalogue of websites and have a big contact of webmasters and link-builders then you are the relevant guy.

* 50 PR4+ backlinks.

* ALL backlinks must be DO FOLLOW...

* One link per domain and different C class IP.

* Link page must already be indexed and cached by Google, MSN and Yahoo within last 30 days.

* All links must be ONE WAY non-reciprocal links from relevant thematic websites.

* Links must be static HTML links. Including the target keywords I provide in anchor text.

* Links must be permanent, active, never expiring.

* Link page must be from search engine friendly pages.

* Build links manually @ 5-7 per day, unless ongoing link building for multiple sites or specifically stated and spread them over a 3 weeks initially

Dont's

* No spam links.

* No link farms accepted.

* No links on pages which have redirects, cloaking and other practices.

* No contextual ads sites, popups, intrusive advertising, etc. NO SPAMMING

* Page should not be excluded by robots.txt.

* No links from under construction pages.

* No paid links

* No blog comment spamming, No ping sites, No links within newsgroups, no FFA's.

* No link from: torrent sites, file sharing forums, guestbooks, classifieds, dynamic links, link farms, link-exchange programs, directories, articles submission, Free For All websites, hacker, pharmacy, illegal, gambling, pornographic or black hat sites.

* No use of black hat software.

Detailed Excel file to be provided by you with all linking posts URLs once work is finished to be checked before payment.

You will need to provide me with the following spreadsheet before payment is made: Link page exact URL (clickable hyperlink), domain Name, Site Type, Google Page Rank and IP address as well as the date placed.

Note: PR of the link is PR of the link page and not the home page

The link builder should be highly experienced. Please do not bid if you have limited or no link building experience. Good results will mean ongoing business for you.
