Project Description:
I'm looking for a Virtual Assistant to help me manage incoming emails, online marketing. Preferably located in the USA and Canada, for the working business hours.
Your responsibilities:
- Data analysis/entry into Word or other programs
- some knowledge of Photoshop but not required
- Research using the Internet or other information databases
- Email management
- Other miscellaneous tasks that can be performed online
- Excellent communication skills to keep in touch with clients
- Social media account management
Your qualifications:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant preferred
- Strong understanding of Internet and online communication tools
- Ability to multitask and take on multiple projects
- Ability to meet deadlines !
- Strong communications skills and attention to detail a must
- must be very responsive!
- Travel, real estate and social media background
- multiple languages are a plus
