456110 Twitter Scheduler

Hello,

I'm interested in a custom Twitter scheduler. The functionality of the script needs to:

1. Allow me to securely schedule tweets for a later date/time.

2. Allow me to schedule tweets down to the minute, ex: tweet this at 4:32 am on 12/25/10.

3. On the bottom of the tweet on twitter, I want it to say via The Tracking Center (instead of via web or via API etc).

It doesn't need to be anything fancy, I just need it to do those things.
