High level requirement
1. Requirement is for a LPG agency
2. Agent keeps the record of order date of LPG cylinders
3. They want to upload these records in system
4. Then based on usage patterns of particular customers, for instance customer A reorders after 2 weeks, customer B reorders after 4 weeks, the IVR call to be triggered to customer 3 to 5 days before based on their previous order date
5. If customer expressed interest in reorder then the customer response from IVR call to be saved in system and excel to be downloaded by agent.
