I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows.
Looking at developing a platform (software) local to a PC that can be used as a project management tool.
Track and manage mulitple projects within a community / team (initial deisgn for one member). Software has the ability to hold and template forms / documents / store photos / budgets / markup (stylus) / track updated drawings and documents.

Looking at Windows 10 as the platform as it would be used on such a product like a tablet PC (Microsoft Surface etc).
