I need a file, what ever the format is, that will looks like the one in the attachment.

i need all the names and texts and photos to be easely editable.

i also need the math to be automated, so if i set a price and a rate, all the payments and cashdown will be calculated accordingly

then i need to be able to "print" the file in pdf to send it to my coworkers.

i will provide you the color codes i need it to be made with
