I'm currently working in Europe on an Offshore Wind Project and I'm actively seeking a professional who can create a state of the art software system that will allow me to input information in to already prepared templates with the use of an smart device. The idea is that during the working day i can add details in to my template which i will have on my smart device, i can upload photos throughout the day and at the end of the day i can convert the document to PDF and sent on to relevant people.
The software should be accessible by web so managers can get access to see reports etc..
The Software should have a cloud like system so that other employees can log on and continue with reports, review reports etc..
