Raspberry pi bar/qr-code reader

Hi.

For home automation project I would like the following program for Raspberry pi RP3 +

Hardware:

RP 3+ (OPC-UA Client), Pi-Camera

Project:

Performing program for Bar / QR code reader possible via Zbar.

Communication of "result" to OPC-UA server. RP3+ will be OPC-UA client.

I imagine the following sequence.

ScanStart (OPC-UA server) > ScanStarted (OPC-UA client)

ScanResult (OPC-UA client)

ScanStop (OPC-UA server) > ScanStopped (OPC-UA client)

I imagine The OPC-UA Server has the following handles:

ScanStart (Out)

ScanResult (In)

I imagine The OPC-UA Client has the following handles:

ScanStarted (Out)

ScanResult (Out)

ScanStopped (Out)

Setup (Either I have to change in the program, but I prefer a "setup file" with handles such as.)

Barcode or QR-Code

Barcode format

QR Code format

OPC-UA server Ip address / name

OPC-UA sever variable name for the 2 OPC Server variables (mentioned above)

Possibly others.

Please send me price of following program including the above mentioned functions.
