I have an issue with a directory setup in apache with an application installed, it's showing forbidden as the subdomain and application are in the same directory. In other words the Subdomain and the sub directory are the same directory in the server and that is creating a conflict on the Apache server. This solution was suggested to me and looking for someone to accomplish this task "symlinking is like the files will be moved to a different directory but few or 1 file will be on the previous directory and so when the other system files resquest anything they will request to the old directory and that file will re-direct all request to the new directory symlink is like a bridge in a word".
