Test Object code/Source code based on requirement test cases

I will need to have test cases written either in python or visual C++ programming to test the given object code or source code files based on requirements.
i.e., a Python or Visual C++ test cases need to write and run on source code or object code.
Either of methods: Python or Visual C++ is accepted. but test cases need to write as per given requirement and test the object/source code for pass/fail conditions.
